Payment

We use Paypal, for our convenience and yours - you don't need to have a Paypal account, you can check out as a guest, 

most credit/debit cards accepted, and full buyer protection included.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within three working days, and usually next day, so your lovely items will reach you ASAP!

All items are tracked, we use Royal Mail, or Courier delivery for larger orders, we will notify you when your order has dispatched,

and send you the tracking number.

Returns

We hope you will love your order as much as we loved creating and listing it for you! If you are not entirely happy for any reason though,

then please do contact us, and we will arrange a return and refund for you. Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition as sent.

As a small business, we are unable to pay any return costs at this time.

Subscriptions.

We would love you to subscribe with us! It's a great way to keep up with all our latest products, events, and discounts etc, and we will send you

regular updates - not too many though, we won't spam your inbox, we promise!

A Word About Cookies.

The only cookies we use, are those that are essential to the running of our website.

We are not affiliated with any third party websites, and we will not track you in any way, or use your order/subscription details for any other purpose

other than for their original intention.
